Middleborough Friends is a group of citizens who have primary goals to:

• Strengthen the community by planning and assisting with events which foster affordable (if not free) interaction of the citizenry of Middleborough.
• Creation of scholarships for the future residents of Middleborough, while remembering those who came before them.
• Working with other community organizations through the volunteer network that is the Middleborough Friends.

The Friends work together to choose events, groups and organizations to support throughout the year.  Middleborough Friends has over 40 volunteers who are prepared to work hard to strengthen Middleborough for future generations.

Middleborough Friends is a civic organization that has directly assisted the senior citizens and young adults of Middleborough.  The Friends have directly supported local food and toy drive efforts and has undertaken a town beautification program which started with the Town Hall and has blossomed to include the downtown and various greenscapes throughout the community.
